Kofi Otutu Adu Labi, Chairman
Mr. Kofi Otutu Adu Labi is a Legal Services Professional, an astute Administrator and Banker. He has over thirty (30) years experience in the Banking Industry rising to the top echelons of the Legal Services, Administration, Human Capital and Executive Management.
He has also served as an Advisor in the Governor's Secretariat of Bank of Ghana. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Central Securities Depository and the Collateral Registry of the Bank of Ghana.
He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana (1973) and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1975. He studied Investment Negotiations at Georgetown University Law Center, Washington DC. Mr. Adu Labi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University Of Bradford School Of Management (UK).
He has also attended Management courses at the Cranfield School of Management, the London Business School, the Centre for Central Banking Studies of the Bank of England and the International Law Institute, Washington DC, among others. He is a member of the International Bar Association.
Mr. Adu Labi is a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission and a Board Member of the National Pensions Regulatory Authority.
